Customer approved custom paintings cannot be returned.eg portrait paintings where finished photo of painting sent to customer has been approved.

Return period is from merchandise arrival date to Return shipping date.

It is compulsory to contact us via 'contact us' form before returning.

The actual shipping cost to the customer will be deductible from the refund.

Returned merchandise must be wrapped & packed in the original box.
